All content provided by TechPrime Digitals—including designs, graphics, logos, systems, course materials, and written content—remain the intellectual property of TechPrime Digitals unless otherwise stated.

Clients will have full rights to use and display deliverables (e.g., websites or logos), but may not resell or redistribute our proprietary materials without consent.

6. Client Content

You retain full ownership of all content you provide to us (e.g., logos, texts, images). However, by submitting it, you grant us the right to use it for completing your project or showcasing it in our portfolio.

You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide do not infringe on the rights of others or violate any laws.

7. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may integrate or recommend third-party tools (e.g., hosting platforms, plugins, social media apps). We are not responsible for any issues caused by third-party services, nor do we control their terms or privacy practices.

You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to those third-party terms when using them.

8. Limitation of Liability

TechPrime Digitals will not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, income, or business due to service interruptions or third-party failures

  • Delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control

Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
